The Doula and Baby Service is collaborating with Beth Led Weaning to bring you 2 hours of information and advice about introducing solid foods.

With a background as a paediatric nurse, health visiting and a master thesis in the introduction of solid foods, this jam packed information session covers all the common concerns parents have, including:

• Basic foods to offer

• Choking and gagging

• Portion sizes

• Meal ideas

• How to deal with fussy earning
